Dec the Designer says:CRM is all about customer relationship, and in my first week at Kinspeed there was a birthday being celebrated, which prompted the idea of celebration and wishing each other happy birthday, something that is often done at a corporate level when companies wish their clients a happy birthday. So I have used this in the image of a birthday cake to suggest a greater relationship between you and your customers and how CRM can help achieve this.

This images suggest the potential personal relationship that sage CRM can help develop between you and your clients.
Dec the Designer says:Act! Is a contact management solution. When approaching this topic I focused on ways that people communicate. With majority of communication being very impersonal and often in email or text. When the telephone was first used the dialler contacted the operator and they passed them onto their desired recipient. I wanted to show how this ACT! Can provide a well-managed system, whilst still being personal. This image of a switchboard operator suggests this quick and simple solution, but in a more personal manner.
