Domeview who trade under the name of Tile Depot had been using Sage Line 100 for 3 years. They were not getting the most out of the software in fact they were still doing their monthly accounts outside of the system. Kinspeed were contacted with a brief to get the stock correct, control the warehouse movements and computerise the retail outlets. With the help of an experienced project team within Tile Depot a bespoke system based around Line 100 was written.

 The system integrated seemlessly with Line 100 and with the tireless help of the Tile Depot project manager a shopfloor EPOS/ordering system was written and implemented resulting in shops selling goods and placing orders on the hub in a controlled and correct manner. The system is now extensively used and provides the following :

       -    Shops connected to the hub via VPN and broadband

       -    Fully bespoked EPOS facility for the tile industry

       -    Daily stock counts, 99% stock accuracy

       -    Real time stock availabilty between stores

       -    Salesmen taking orders in Shop over PDA's

       -    Full management accounting functionality
